It saves time and money, it’s simple to use, and it gets things done in just a few clicks of a mouse. We do business with big companies, and without this system, someone would have to spend all dayon writing invoices, which would also waste huge amounts of paper. Everything would stop while we wait for the documents to get printed. Most important of all, we always have information when was an e-document sent or received, so we know there won’t be any unnecessary complaints. We used to get goods returned due to miscommunication and incorrect data on paper documents, which also resulted in penalisation. Luckily, we don’t have to worry about that anymore. It would be ideal if all our suppliers would use e-business, because then we would save even more on resources.
