I started working at the company long before we introduced Omnizon, so I know from experience that I save up to two hours on busy days because I don’t have to process any documents by hand. Before I also used to spend those two hours waiting for a client’s invoice, so that we wouldn’t get penalised. Now I don’t worry about that, because the system can notify me when there’s a problem with a document – and because it’s been archived and is legally valid, all I have to do is send it again. We saved time, and reduced our paper and office supply consumption to a minimum.
